So, I've been locked out of one of my blueyonder email accounts. They send a
way to fix it, but it won't work, so call them, After all the security
checks she says its fixed after I let her know the passwords etc, and a new
one. Sadly, this morning its still not working either on the web or via a
client. My suspicion is that she has in fact typed in the password
incorrectly, used caps in strange places or something. So if I cannot guess
this its back on to Virgin again later on. Life must be easier than this
for a blind subscriber. The error message suggests I need two passwords,
one for webmail and one for clients. However, as I cannot even get to
webmail with the new password, its all a little academic.

Its working but often you have to go in and manually send SMTP more than
once to make it actually go.
