Now here is the thing. It says log into my virgin media, something I've
never bothered to do for years, no need to. but when I try it not only does
it want my username and password, but my ebill pin too. I don't recall ever
being given a pin. It is true that I asked for a short summary of my bill by
email and do indeed get this, but since I've never had a pin, how would one
get one to put into this page?
You would think this would be the ideal place to have a security question,
like what was your pets name or something.

I've had ebilling with them for ages and never had a pin (just username
and password), nor was I asked for one when offered the speed increase.
I'd contact them by phone if you can.

That is my intention, on reading the rest of the page it suggests that this
is needed as I've not logged in on the web for a long time and hence have
not changed my password for a long time and when I supply my pin I will have
to change my password for my main account to include at least 1 cap one
symbol etc. Why?
